The Lara and Chelsea Collaborative's website was built in partnership with Luxury Presence, a leading real estate website platform. I served as the liaison between the team and Luxury Presence, providing brand assets, imagery, and creative direction to ensure the final product accurately reflected their identity. Throughout the build process, I reviewed drafts, flagged inconsistencies, and reported back with detailed feedback to keep the project on track and true to their brand.
Social media content for the Lara and Chelsea Collaborative ranges from template based posts for day to day listings and updates, to fully original designs created from scratch for milestone moments. For custom pieces like their top agent ranking post and end of year carousel, I interpret the brief and take ownership of the format and layout, fitting their content into a cohesive, on brand design that reflects the warm and approachable identity they have built. Every post, whether templated or original, is crafted to stay consistent with their visual brand standards.

Print materials for the Lara and Chelsea Collaborative span a two page spread in Weston Wellesley Magazine to just sold and introducing mailers. For the magazine ad, featured in the spring edition, I collaborated with the marketing team on layout decisions and took ownership of image sourcing, carefully selecting the strongest angles and shots to best represent each property and their 2025 rankings and closed sales. I bring the same eye for detail to their mailers, contributing to layout and handpicking imagery that feels cohesive and on brand across every printed piece.
