I managed the Instagram account for my local Paper Source store during college breaks from 2020 through 2022, creating and posting original content to build community presence and drive foot traffic. Working collaboratively with the in-store team, I photographed and styled products ranging from stationery and gifts to seasonal displays, and developed content that highlighted the store's unique offerings. Posts included product features with brand tags, craft inspiration, and promotional content such as the store's gift wrapping service. The account served as a local touchpoint for the national brand, connecting the store with its surrounding community in an approachable and engaging way.
