Denise's social media presence is built entirely from the ground up, including the templates themselves. I designed her just listed, just sold, and coming soon templates from scratch, establishing a consistent visual identity built around bold typography and a signature blue color palette that carries across both posts and stories. From there, I execute every piece of content independently, turning around posts and coordinating stories for each new listing, sale, and weekly open house on demand and at a high volume. Additional content created from scratch fills out her feed, ensuring her presence stays active and reflective of her busy, productive market presence.

Denise's two page spread in the fall edition of Weston Wellesley Magazine was designed entirely independently, without the support of a marketing team. Given a list of requirements including rankings, sales stats, contact information, active and coming soon listings, and closed sales for the year, I was responsible for every design and formatting decision from start to finish, organizing a high volume of content into a structured, print ready layout.
Denise's email marketing underwent a full restructuring and redesign under my management. What were once single purpose, utilitarian open house announcements have been transformed into a comprehensive weekly communication sent to over 3,200 contacts every Friday. The redesigned emails now cover open houses, featured listings, coming soon properties, recent sales, and properties under agreement, with an added community section highlighting upcoming events across Weston and Boston. This addition shifted the tone from purely transactional to genuinely personable, positioning Denise as a trusted community resource rather than just an agent pushing listings. Occasional standalone emails for specific new listings and broker opens round out her email presence throughout the week.
In addition to traditional marketing assets, I utilize artificial intelligence to enhance listing photography and expand the visual storytelling of each property. This includes digitally staging empty rooms to help buyers envision the potential of a space, as well as seasonal photo enhancements such as transforming winter exterior shots into spring scenes to present properties in their best light. All AI enhanced imagery is used with full disclosure and is incorporated across published listings and all supporting marketing materials, from social media to emails and print. This approach reflects a commitment to staying current with emerging tools while maintaining transparency and professionalism.
